Often have small backyard and front yard.
Generally there are HOA fees but usually lower maintenance fees
Share one or two walls with neighboring unites, but don’t have unites below or above
CONDO
Condominiums are more like a community. They are built of units within a larger complex.
Generally, they are smaller than a townhouse
They can be part of a skyrise of a collection of cottages
One way to think of it is like an Apartment, but each unit is owned property
There are often homeowner association fees since there are shared spaces and maintenance..
Often, condos have other amenities like gyms, pools, clubs etc.
